Force- when tumbling you use force to push off the floor. Also, the floor pushes back on you.
Gravity- tumbling involves your center of gravity and it is changing very often. Even very simple tricks involve gravity.
Momentum- you use momentum to land your tumble. Also, you need angular momentum when doing more advanced skills.
Kinetic Energy- when tumbling there is a lot of motion therefore, there is a lot of kinetic energy.
Acceleration- when you tumble you accelerate, you have to have speed to be able to do your skill.
Newton's 1st law- this law is used when you are getting ready to run into the tumble. You have to be able to push off the group and go in opposite directions.
Newton's 2nd law- the more force that is put upon the ground when pushing to flip over, the higher you will fly.
Newton's 3rd law- when you push off the ground it is an example of Newton's 3rd law. What goes up must come down.
